We refuse to substitute human judgment with algorithmic decision-making. Nurses orchestrate, physicians decide, and allied clinicians safeguard—AI is a tool, not a decision-maker.
Sidelining
We refuse to sideline clinicians from the architecture of their own practice. Governance and standards must be co-designed by the very people who implement them.
The Neutral Standards Body
We establish a neutral, open constitution for healthcare AI governance. Our standards body ensures that every AI system is auditable, transparent, and accountable to the Joint Clinical Authority. We publish our refusal posture and standards under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license to ensure global accessibility and trust.
